"Protect Property from Water Damage" with FLO n STOP™
November 30, 2014 Boca Raton, FL - FLO n STOP™ A new Wireless Remote Controlled Water Security System developed by Millennium International Development Corporation (MIDCO) will be presented at Cooperator's Expo for Condo, HOA, Co-op and Apt. Managers on Thursday, December 11, 2014 at The Broward Convention Center, Booth 734. The patented FLO n STOP™ system is easy to use. Simply touch the Off Button on the wireless transmitter button pad placed by the entry of your front door when leaving, and water to the entire home will be SHUT OFF. Upon entering, touch the ON Button, and all water will be restored.
How it Works: The FLO n STOP™ CSA certified lead free brass solenoid valve is plumbed into the water supply just after the main shut off valve on the house side. The solenoid valve is then plugged into the nearby 110-120 VAC module. Place the wireless button pad transmitter by your front door. It's now ready to operate and provide proactive water leak protection. The Solenoid Valve may also be added to existing home automation security systems that do not have shut off water applications in place.
How it Works: The Certified Lead Free Brass Solenoid Valve is plumbed into the water supply just after the main water shut off valve. The valve is then plugged into a nearby 110-120VAC Tranceiver Module. Powered by four AAA Batteries, the Wireless Transmitter ButtonPad is placed by your front door. It's now ready to operate and provide pro-active protection. The Solenoid Valve may also be added to existing home automation security systems that do not have shut off water applications in place.
FLO n STOP™ also provides an added level of security with the newly designed 24/7 Water Sentinel Floor Sensors that are placed near every water fixture. When one drop of water hits the sensor, it transmits a wireless signal to the Solenoid Valve and turns the main water supply off. In the event of a power outtage, the FLO n STOP™ certified solenoid valve will TURN OFF, thereby shutting the water off to the dwelling. The valve has a unique manual override feature that allows the homeowner to be able to manually turn the valve back on with a simple quarter turn of the manual override knob.
The new Lead Free Brass Solenoid Valve is certified to CSA and NSF/ANSI 61 Annex G and complies with EPA standards for potable drinking water.
